Summer News Vol 3: Mike Gordon, CD Release Party & Show Updates
Welcome to the middle of the film........
We have several important news items, but first we'd like to thank Tim Walther and his whole crew (especially Mook) for putting on the must fun AllGood festival we can remember. Salud !
And now the news.
- The Bridge will be doing some shows with Mike Gordon in August so we've had to move two of our 8x10 Club shows (Aug 6& 13), back to September. The rescheduled dates for August 6 and 13 are, respectively, Sept 10 and 17 (Wednesday nights). Those who purchased presale tickets thru The Bridge's website or thru the 8x10 website / boxoffice will receive a full refund.
- The festival appearance at ATMA Rising, in western NY has been moved to Saturday Aug 9 and we'll be rescheduling our Plains, PA show at the River Street Jazz Cafe, for Sept or October. We apologize for any inconvenience, and hope you'll be kind enough to come out and see the band in September, at the rescheduled shows.
- We’ve added some other new shows, including the Camp Jam at the Pines in NJ and a show with Rusted Root in the northeast.
- THE NEW CD on Hyena Records, entitled Blind Man's Hill , will be released October 21, in stores and online. To celebrate, we'll be doing a CD release party on OCTOBER 17 at the 9:30 CLUB in DC !!

Summer News Vol 2: Europe Run, CD Release & New Festivals
Greetings from Europe!! We've done 4 shows so far here in the old
country, 1 left to go (our second show in Amsterdam, tonight). The
reception we've received in Europe has been amazing, and the
experiences we've had at the festivals and on our vacation days have been even better. Looking forward to heading to Switzerland next month for sure.
But back to the news, OCTOBER 21 will be the release date of the new studio CD from The Bridge, on Hyena Records. Stay tuned for details regarding the release party, etc. The tour picks up almost as soon as the plane lands back on US soil, see below for the dates.
Also, we've accepted invitations from Gathering of the Vibes
(Bridgeport CT) and the ATMA Rising Music Festival (Buffalo NY), in
August. More information on those events is available thru their
websites.
We cant thank you enough , again, for your support which has now brought the music of The Bridge around the world....

Summer News Vol 1: 8x10 Residency, Europe & Festivals
We’re happy to announce that The Bridge will be performing at the 8x10 ( Baltimore ), every Wednesday night from July 23 to August 27. Advance tickets are available on the gigs page, and at the Walther Productions website.
The first shows in Europe are June 13-18, and The Bridge will also be appearing at a number of festivals in N America and Europe this summer and fall, including Oerols Festival in Holland, Blue Ball in Switzerland, All Good, Camp Bisco, moe.down, Grateful Fest at Nelson’s Ledges, Lazy River Music Festival, and many more to be announced soon.
